Kristy is a talented dancer, and of course, I claim her as cousin. We’re both from the same Rez, but she has had a life of travel and adventure and dance and it was only recently that we touched base for photographs. She needed new headshots and she wanted some images for a dance she was working on. I was lucky enough to just stand back and capture some of the magic she gave me – it was hella inspiring to see her move and connect with the artwork she was creating.
