Because I am a storyteller.
Since I was in Grade Five, I knew I wanted to be a writer. It was either that, or a ballerina. My teacher, who had asked the question, let me know that if I wanted to be a ballerina I better start practicing as ballerinas practiced five hours a day.
I decided that writing was the life for me.
I’m still a writer, but more importantly, I’m a storyteller.
Photography is just another extension of that.
