Roseanne Supernault

I’ve worked with Roseanne before, back in the day, and when we both managed to be in Vancouver at the same time for Indspire, we wanted to get a session in. The best part of working with Roseanne is that she is game for the experience – she challenges me, she pushes me beyond my comfort level, and she is so comfortable in front of the lens and being honest, opening herself to the experience. We snuck up to the forest by Third Beach in Vancouver then down to the water. It was dark. So dark. Then it was night. We heard the waves but couldn’t even see the water. And she kept going. Working with flash, trying new ideas, being open.

Then she busted out a wand, and this made my night. Hell yes.
