I met Naomi through Instagram, funny as it sounds. She was a fan of my #IndianLovePoems, and she came to a reading I did it YVR in June. When I announced I would be back again for a quick trip at mid-November, she booked a family session for her and her three kids. It was windy and grey – basically Vancouver, all the time – but that was perfect. We wandered up and down Spanish Banks, and all of them were so kind and funny to one another, and completely at ease in front of the camera. Naomi has this amazing laugh – head thrown back, echoing down the beach kind of laugh. I basically made it my mission to make her giggle the entire time.
Such a great moment, and can’t wait to see what mischief we can get up to next trip in.
KirizarWhile i love the colorful hair, i have to say my favor photo was the black and whit group shot with the three women laughing or smiling. I also like the dramatic shots against the rocks.
