I met Courtney through my god-sister Lana. Courtney and Lana are besties, they’ve known each other for a long time, and Lana wanted to treat Courtney to a maternity session with me. I have one of those silent-but-very-normal-girl-crushes on Courtney: she has always seemed to incredibly nice. In the way where everyone around her always seems to be happy, no one says a bad word about her, she seems so wholesome and adorable, and her makeup is always on point. And her sweetie isn’t hard on the eyes either. As they say in my language, whaaaa whaaaa.

So we met on a beautiful Fall day, laughed way too much, and managed to capture some beautiful portraits of these two. They made it way too easy – they were super comfortable with each other, and they got my sense of humour.
