Belinda and I met when our daughters became best friends in daycare. We knew of each other – Belinda being a PhD student at the UofS as well as the founder of the Nêhiyawak Language Experience, a language camp – but had never officially met, and I’m so glad we connected as well as our girls did. Ever since then, it’s been adventures and playdates, and I photographed her language camp last summer as well. This winter though, it was about grabbing some updated headshots in Saskatoon. We chose the Remai for the clean lines and then made sure to get nice and frozen downtown, because is it even Saskatchewan if you aren’t cold.
