Amy was one of my first Northern Clients. I had come home for Christmas Break and she asked me to do some engagement photos of her and her fiancé, Noel. I was pumped. They turned out okay but when she booked me for a maternity session, I was soooo excited. There is nothing like going back and photographing a repeat client. To see how they have changed, to hear their stories, and honestly, to see how you, as a photographer have changed.
Amy did not dissapoint.
She came, glowing and full of excitement about the best Christmas Present ever (the belly). She laughed and teased Noel and talked and rubbed her belly and laughed some more. Noel stood by, holding her hand, watching her and just grinning when he would make her laugh. Stoic, that guy. The perfect match to Amy’s bubbly personality. We manages to make her session a dramatic fairytale thing, and ended with a traditional shot by Beaver River.
Because everyone needs a romantic kiss at the river’s edge.
