In March, I accepted a speaking gig for the AWBEN Conferance which was being held in Gatineau, QC. It was boujieeeeee. I had so much fun, of course. I was speaking on social media and being authentic online, creating community, and that part of running a business. The fun part, eeeee. But as part of my speaking gig, we also offered five mini-headshot sessions to women attending – as everyone needs up to date shots of themselves that aren’t selfies – and we had fifteen minutes each to wander around the beautiful hotel we were at and get a little something-something they could be proud of.
I was actually really happy with how they turned out. These women were willing to come outside in the cold with me, hang in shadowy hallways, and were so open with their energy.
Now, I really need to update my own headshots, ha.
