Tara has been dreaming about her music for years and it was throughout 2013 that she started laying down tracks and putting together a debut mixtape. We had long chats about what her music means, what she is trying to do with her songs, and what she hopes to achieve – in between playing nintendo with her son, and watching her daughter grow. Tara manages working full-time, being a mom to two wonderful kids, a wifey to a supportive and strong man, and managing a part-time business doing traditional beadwork in new and innovative fashion. She is a force, a power house, a modern day warrior women, and I’m so glad that our skills allow us to work together like this.
