In early September, ShopIndig created a contest to win gear from Kiowa Sage, a make-up session from Kacey Beaudry, and a session from me. We were featuring Kiowa Sage main model Darian Lonechild and Indigenous Entrepreneur Naytes Kaye, as well as the lucky person who won the contest. It turned out to be a good friend, Rheanna Worme. I had never worked with her before but always wanted to, so I was super pumped. Rheana has amazing wit and a loud, great laugh. Between all of us, we couldn’t stop giggling between takes. I kept having to say “anddddd bitch face now….” and then shoot really, really quick before we would laugh again.
Huge thanks to Heather Abbey for setting this all up – always a great feeling to work with other inspired indigenous peeps.
