Kari and I know each other from UofS. She’s good friends with a bunch of my academic friends, and it just so happened that we would chill and dip beers at the same gatherings and her crazy, wild, vivacious sense of humour would come out. Girl makes me laugh like no one else. So when drama hit the fan, and she wanted to feel powerful and strong again, I suggested a session. Kari has this effortless look about her I’ve always wanted to capture, and she was game.
