My cousin Tara (aka T-Rhyme) is also a very talented beader. She has been making her mark in the artwork over the past year and has quickly developed a brand and name for herself. Her earrings are modern, bright, bold and completely in tune with her as an artist. She has embraced the traditional beadwork – our grandmother Rose was also a beader – and has made it her own. She launched a Spring Collection in our hometown, and I was glad to photograph her creations on some of our beautiful models.
